Meet Our New Neighbor: Lime Tree Pizzeria and Café Is Coming to Collins Avenue

Something new is taking shape right next door to CAVE 305.

This fall, Lime Tree Pizzeria and Café will open at 1560 Collins Ave, Suite 2, bringing a completely different dining experience to our corner of Miami Beach – and becoming the fourth concept in the Rakija Hospitality family.

At CAVE 305, the experience is built around dinner, premium cuts, cocktails, and nights worth remembering. Lime Tree is designed for another side of Miami Beach: morning coffee, fresh bakery aromas, casual lunches, pizza, and those spontaneous stops that turn into an hour around the table.

Two neighboring concepts. Two very different experiences.

A New Italian Pizzeria, Café & Bakery in Miami Beach

Lime Tree is inspired by the warmth and simplicity of Italian café culture.

Inside, guests will find a space filled with natural wood, marble, glass, bold red pendant lights, and an artisan pizza oven at the heart of the concept. The design feels polished without being formal – creating an inviting setting for everything from a quick coffee to a relaxed meal.

And then, of course, there’s the food.

Lime Tree will bring together three experiences under one roof: an Italian-style pizzeria, café, and bakery in Miami Beach. It’s being created for locals, visitors, families, friends, and anyone looking for a casual new spot just steps from the energy of Collins Avenue.

This is the other side of Rakija Hospitality: Lime Tree may be located beside CAVE 305, but it isn’t intended to recreate the CAVE experience.

Quite the opposite.

As our fourth concept, Lime Tree is another expression of what Rakija Hospitality is becoming: a collection of restaurants with individual identities, united by a common approach to welcoming people and creating places they want to return to.

Soon, guests will be able to experience both concepts side by side – from coffee and pizza at Lime Tree to an evening at CAVE 305.

Lime Tree Pizzeria and Café opens this fall at 1560 Collins Ave, Suite 2, Miami Beach.
